CONFIRMING ORDERS To avoid duplication of your shipment, please make sure that written confirmation orders are clearly marked as such.
PRICES Most prices are given in the accompanying product lists. They are subject to change without prior notice. No minimum required to order. If a price is not listed, please contact us for specifics.
SHIPPING Products are shipped F.O.B. Baltimore,MD, USA. Shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipping method will be next day delivery through Fedex.
FAST DELIVERY All orders received by 2 P.M.Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day for next day delivery. Orders received after 12 P.M. on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday unless otherwise requested.
CREDIT TERMS Net 30 days upon credit approval. Overdue amounts are subject to carrying charge at 1.5% per month (18% per annum).

RETURNS If it is necessary to return a product to us, please call for a return authorization number prior to shipping the product. No credit or exchange will be permitted without prior authorization. Our product liability is limited to purchase price or replacements. Only unopened and untampered products will be accepted. For all returns that are not related to product performance, a 30% restocking fee may be assessed.
